Terms and ConditionsOur Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Softwareseller.co.uk website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Privacy and Security Policy Section (Data Protection) regarding personal information provided by you. 1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. 2. Delivery can only be made to countries within the European Union (subject to trading restrictions and laws associated with specific countries). All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. 3. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Ordering/Delivery section (exception applies for addresses located outside the UK MAINLAND including Northern Ireland). We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, [Standard delivery is 2 business days and Saturday AM delivery is next Saturday if placed before Friday at 4.30pm] and stock permitting. If we cannot deliver your ordered items within this time we will inform you immediately and with your agreement, we can arrange another time for delivery. If you do not agree with another time for delivery, we will offer you a refund. Please note the Delivery Charge may vary for locations outside the UK mainland, please check with us for details. 4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods you have ordered we will notify you prior to contracting. 5. Payment Method - We accept the following means of payments; Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, Switch, Electron, Solo and American Express). Credit Accounts are also welcomed, subject to completion and approval of our Application for Credit form. Payment with Cards are processed and verified by whoever (insert name of merchant service here) or through our Secure server or through one of our appointed agents and we reserve the right to contact you either directly or through our appointed agents to confirm details supplied by you before processing your order for security purposes. Customers who wish to place orders using Cash with Order payment (Money Orders, Postal Orders or Cheques) should contact Letrex Limited by telephone on 0845 260 8822 (calls charged at local standard rate, calls may be recorded for training purposes) and payment should be sent to Letrex Limited at the company address available on the contact us page of the Web Site. We do not deliver until we receive payment and confirmation that the cheque(s)/payment has been cleared and authorised. The total amount payable by all customers regardless of the means of payment will be the same. 6. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. 7. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee; this only applies to unused goods that are still in their original packaging. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. 8. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change; if this situation arises you will be notified of this prior to contracting. All graphics used to display our products are used for illustration purposes only. We recommend customers to consult the Product Datasheet of the respective manufacturers for a detailed technical specifications and detailed features of the product. Normally the Product Datasheet can be downloaded from our site and viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.adobe.com). 9. Exclusion of Liability - Except where provided otherwise in these conditions, the company shall be under no liability of any kind however caused whether or not due to the negligence or wilful default of the company or its servants or agents arising out of or in connection with the goods. All conditions, warranties or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded providing that nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict any liability of the company for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the company, its servants or agents. In any event, the company's liability shall be limited to direct loss and shall not include indirect or consequential loss. The company shall not be liable for the loss or damage to software programs during the repair or upgrade of any goods whether or not the same are under warranty.
